Street meeting
We just had the privilege to visit Geneva in Switzerland, with a team from the Jesus Revolution base in Oslo. Four local churches organized a youth camp over six days, the GWA streetcamp! The churches, leaders and youth there are people that has a heart for people: their goal for the camp is to create unity between the youth groups in Geneva and to get involved in the city and reach out.
We had great meetings, worship, prayers, meals, fun, outreaches and workshops in drama, dance, rap (the youth made four songs during the weekend) and a workshop for a «service team» that reached out to kids, older people, prostitutes, made popcorn and pancakes to hand out for free in the streets and advertised for an evangelistic event we had. All this to get the Gospel out!

«It is important that we as Christians helps each others to make something good together. The heart we have and what God has called us to do is to open a door so the youth can come out of the churches, we think its the call of our generation. It´s time we open this door and as pioneers we go out. As Jesus Revolution we want to follow the steps of Paul and go out in the streets in the different places, to meet people and share the Gospel with them.»
