After doing a first year there is also a possibility of doing a second and a third year.
2nd year: Preaching and Missions
“The teaching is deepened and the periods of ministry are longer and more challenging. Personal help and guidance is provided for you to find your area of ministry in the kingdom of God.”
- MINISTRY: Equipping ministry gifts and full-time workers for ministry in the kingdom of God
- LEADERSHIP: Raising up confident and visionary leaders.
- PIONEER WORK: Training church planters
- BUILDING CHURCHES: Producing solid workers that build solid churches
- MISSIONS: Forming a new generation of missionaries for a new time
Topics: Preaching, Spiritual and Ministry gifts, Counseling, Church Planting, Healing, Servant Leadership and much more.
3rd year: Extended Ministry
The third year will be a springboard into future ministry within missions, evangelism or church work. The students can work in a church, at an institution or together with an evangelist or missionary. They will receive follow-up throughout the whole year from both TBBMI and a supervisor present at the place of ministry. The students will also write an assignment during the year about a chosen topic. Therefore they can read different pieces of literature which contents at least 700 pages. The 3rd year is similar to apprenticeships in public schools and aims to give the students practical training, insight and experience within the chosen area of ministry. The year of ministry will give the student:
- The possibility to practice what one has learned through the theoretical teaching of the school.
- A realistic insight into and experience of being in full-time ministry
- The opportunity to discover and continue to develop ones gifts and equipment.
