Looking back on the summer of 2022, we have to pinch ourselves.
Trained for campaigns
To prepare a new season of campaigns, we sent Oddleiv and Debora Sandtorv (with their daughter Isabella) to the United States. There they trained for several months with Daniel Kolenda and Christ for All Nations (CFAN) to run large evangelistic campaigns. They came home full of ideas, vision and fire, and went straight to work on Bulgaria.
Three cities in Bulgaria
In Plovdiv, Burgas and Sofia, more than 30 churches and hundreds of believers stood together for a breakthrough for the gospel. Running full-scale campaigns in three cities meant musicians, equipment, permits, security, a concert team, promotion, an equipment truck driven down from Norway, and teams flown in weeks ahead to prepare.
The campaigns were a breakthrough, especially in signs and wonders. 30 people were instantly healed, and we counted 189 documented decisions for Jesus.
Impact France
After two years of delay, Impact France finally happened, hosted by churches around Le Mans. 205 young people gathered to pray, worship and be trained to preach the gospel, and many testified of life-changing encounters with God during the training days.
Then we hit the streets. One participant felt she should walk up to a girl she didn’t know and tell her that Jesus loves her. The girl started crying, and a few minutes later she gave her life to Jesus. We saw a wave of healing too, with several people testifying of instant healing in the streets. In just a few days of outreach there were 60 documented decisions for Jesus.
Himmel & Hav youth camp
Himmel & Hav is a revival conference held every summer in the south of Norway. This year Sebastian and Nathalie Mehlen led its youth camp, with our whole team behind them. More than 100 young people had signed up, and almost 300 packed the tent on the first night. On the second night, over 100 responded to the call to salvation, and several testified of healing.
“How can anyone preach unless they are sent?” (Romans 10:15)
