Young people sharing the gospel in the streets of Naples during Summer Mission 2026

Jesus Loves Naples: 180 Young People, 19 Churches, One City

From 1 to 12 July 2026 we were in Naples, Italy, and we came home full of gratitude.

Together with 19 local churches, 180 participants took to the streets and shared the gospel all over the city. Day after day we prayed for the sick, preached the gospel and saw God at work in countless conversations. It all ended with a Jesus march through the centre of Naples on Saturday evening, with worship and testimonies filling the streets.

Stories from Naples

Jesus march through the centre of Naples, July 2026

“We prayed for a man who had an infection in his leg. We prayed three times, and he was completely healed and walked away without his cane.”
— Young man, 21

“We prayed for a man in a wheelchair who couldn’t walk. He had a fractured pelvis, had been through hip surgery and had lung cancer. After we prayed, he said nothing had changed. So we prayed again, and this time he stood up and walked.”
— Young man, 21

“I started talking to a lady in Spanish. She told me she was a Christian but had turned away from God. I felt a strong urge to hug her and tell her that Jesus wanted her back, and she started crying. She said she wanted to quit smoking but couldn’t, and that she had lived with back pain for as long as she could remember. We prayed three times, and she was healed. She cried again and told us she had gone out to buy cigarettes, but now she would spend the money on a Bible instead. She is being baptised at her church this Friday.”
— Girl, 16

God believes in young people

Summer Mission Naples 2026

It is amazing to watch God use ordinary young people: young people who have understood it isn’t about their own abilities, who make themselves available to Him and see the power of the Holy Spirit work through them.

These are only a few glimpses of what God did in twelve days. Behind every story is a person who met Jesus, and a local church that is now following them up.
